The State of Paraiba, starting just an hours easy drive South of crowded Natal, offers you one of the best real estate investment opportunities in Brazil. There has been an allocation of around R$19m to beautify Jacumã in the near future. Tabatinga beach, with its 'Arte Bar' sporting hammocks in the shade, can be seen from Vista Morena, turquoise sea, chic calm, and amazing scenery all on your doorstep. Vista Morena sits at the edge of Carapibus, another stunning beach, dotted with local fishing boats, 3 little bars and some local characters.
